Large Equipment: Refer to the PDF schedule posted on the left hand side under Equipment Information or contact Andy Victor at Paramount Convention Services at 314-621-6677 for individually targeted move-in times prior to Monday, February 25 based on booth location.

Dismantle

Exhibitors must dismantle their booths on:

*PCS will begin returning empty containers as soon as the aisle carpet is removed from the exhibit floor.

 *All freight carriers arriving on Saturday, March 2nd and Sunday, March 3rd must check in at the Marshaling yard:  or your freight will be re-consigned onto the show carrier.

 *Carriers may check in starting on Saturday, March 2nd @ 8AM, (Show breaks at noon), Sunday, March 3rd, carriers must check in no later than 8AM.


Certificates of insurance are due to tradeshow@commodityclassic.com by January 31, 2019. Commodity Classic reserves the right to cancel space without refund if certificates are not received.

Certificates are to name American Soybean Association and National Corn Growers Association as additional insureds with policy date through March 2, 2019. Coverage must be for comprehensive general liability of at least $1,000,000 per personal injury and $500,000 for property damage for each occurrence and full compliance of Workmen’s Compensation.

Booth Package: Each 10x10 booth will be provided with Blue, White, Orange, White, Blue 8' high back wall drape, Blue 3 ' side dividers, and a 7" x 44" booth identification sign showing company name.

THE EXHIBIT AREA IS NOT CARPETED,

IT IS MANDATORY THAT ALL BOOTHS HAVE CARPET OR FLOORING. 

Flooring in your exhibit space is mandatory but not provided with exhibit space purchase. If you are not providing your own flooring for your booth, you must rent carpet. Show Management reserves the right to "force carpet" any exhibit area that is without flooring  by 4:00PM on Wednesday. Exhibitor is responsible for flooring cost. Booths must have back sides of displays covered when visible from an aisle (ie drape on back side of a pop-up structure in an island booth). Any additions or improvements to space other than standard equipment shall be at the Exhibitor's expense. 

End Cap / Peninsulas - If you have an end cap or peninsula booth (at least 10 x 20 or larger booth facing the corner versus inline aisle) you must leave a 4' viewing area on each side of your booth in order to provide a site line for the booths directly behind you. Maximum width for a backdrop display is 12' wide in order to leave a 4' view on each side for the inline behind you. The booth will be set with a 3' low drape along the full 20' back of your booth in addition to a 10' section of 8' high drape in the center.

 Registration/Housing Opens November

Primary exhibitor contacts will receive an email from Experient with the registration/housing opening date/time, code and instructions. Exhibitors may receive up to two complimentary registrations for their first booth and one for each additional booth (ie a 10 x 20 booth may claim up to three complimentary registrations). For unique exhibitor needs related to registration and housing, contact Experient by phone 847-996-5466 or by email at commodityclassicExh@experient-inc.com

TOTAL APPEARANCE IS THE OFFICIAL POWER WASHING COMPANY - NO OTHER COMPANY WILL BE AUTHORIZED TO WASH ON SITE AT THE CONVENTION CENTER
