Electric/Internet/Audio Visual/etc. will be ordered via different vendors and not through Paramount. The advance ordering deadlines may be different then Paramount’s and will be noted on each form that is on the left hand side of this screen.

Certificates of insurance are due to tradeshow@commodityclassic.com on or before February 8, 2023. Commodity Classic reserves the right to cancel space without refund if certificates are not received. Certificates of insurance must name American Soybean Association, National Corn Growers Association, and Orange County Convention Center as additional insureds with policy effective date through March 11, 2023. Coverage must be for comprehensive general liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence. 

Installation

Large Equipment & 70+ (7,000 NSF) ISLAND Booths: Starting Sunday, March 5th at Noon

20+ (2,000 NSF) ISLAND Booths: Starting Monday, March 6th at Noon

Dismantle

Exhibitors must dismantle their booths on:

*PCS will begin returning empty containers as soon as the aisle carpet is removed from the exhibit floor.

OUTBOUND SHIPPING INFORMATION

*All freight carriers arriving on Saturday, March 11th and Sunday, March 12th must check in at the Marshaling yard:

or your freight will be re-consigned onto the show carrier ABF.
*Carriers may check in starting on Saturday, March 11th @ 8AM. (Show breaks at noon on Saturday) Sunday, March 12th, carriers must check in no later than 8AM.
 
Arrangements have been made for all UPS Ground and FedEx Ground pick-ups. Completed UPS or FedEx labels with the account number must be on each package being shipped. (Pre-printed labels without account numbers on them will work as well) Packages not labeled correctly will be forced ABF.

Booth Package: Each (10’x10’) Booth will be provided with 8’ high teal & white back wall drape, 3’ white side dividers and a booth identification sign showing the company name.

Aisle Carpet Color: Pepper

The exhibit area is not carpeted: IT IS MANDATORY THAT ALL BOOTHS HAVE CARPET OR FLOORING.

Flooring in your exhibit space is mandatory but not provided with exhibit space purchase. If you are not providing your own flooring for your booth, you must rent carpet. Show Management reserves the right to "force carpet" any exhibit area that is without flooring by 4:00PM, on Wednesday. Exhibitor is responsible for flooring cost. Booths must have back sides of displays covered when visible from an aisle (ie drape on back side of a pop-up structure in an island booth). Any additions or improvements to space other than standard equipment shall be at the Exhibitor's expense.

End Cap/Peninsulas-

If you have an end cap or peninsula booth (at least 10x20 or larger booth facing the corner versus inline aisle) you must leave a 4' viewing area on each side of your booth in order to provide a site line for the booths directly behind you. Maximum for a backdrop display is 8' high x 12' wide in order to leave a 4' view on each side for the inline behind you. The booth will be set with a 3' low drape along the full 20' back of your booth in addition to a 10' section of 8' high drape in the center. Registration/Housing 

Exhibitors may receive up to two complimentary registrations for their first booth and one for each additional booth.  The exhibitor's primary contact will receive an email in mid November directly from Maritz Global Events (formerly known as Experient) with instructions and a unique code to make registration and housing or you may contact them by email at CommodityClassicExh@maritz.com or 864-342-6374 for assistance. Co-location and meeting group requests may contact Commodity Classic Show Director  at feck@commodityclassic.com or 773-329-7561. 

 

TOTAL APPEARANCE IS THE OFFICIAL POWER WASHING COMPANY - NO OTHER COMPANY WILL BE AUTHORIZED TO WASH ON SITE AT THE CONVENTION CENTER - See ordering form on left hand side of this screen.
